
Skin Protocol for Longevity: My Routine for Healthy, Youthful Skin

But they rarely consider that skin longevity is also crucial for overall longevity. The skin is the largest organ of the body and serves as the first line of defense against the environment. I’ve spent years refining my own skin protocol for longevity, combining science-backed skincare, lifestyle habits, and targeted treatments to support healthy, youthful skin. Below, I’ll walk you through my routine and explain why these strategies work.
My Skin Longevity Routine
Morning & Evening: Mythos Women’s Anti-Aging Cream

In addition to my daily routine, I get professional skin treatments now and again:
