As a 41-year-old woman from Sweden, I’ve spent the last decade exploring the latest health hacks and trends to optimize my own wellness. With a background in Public Health, I’m excited to share my experiences and discoveries with like-minded health enthusiasts. Five minutes, three ingredients, zero guilt. This strawberry protein mousse is light, fluffy and naturally sweet… a high-protein treat that actually feels like dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 dl Milk (0.42 cups)
  • 30 g Vanilla protein powder

Method
 

  1. Blend everything together.
  2. Whisk it until it becomes a light and fluffy mousse.

Notes

🍓 Strawberries: Use straight from frozen for the best thick, mousse-like texture. No need to thaw.
🥛 Milk: Any plant-based milk works great as a dairy-free alternative. 
Did you know? This mousse is under 100 kcal per serving with around 15g of protein. Perfect if you want something sweet but still want to hit your protein goals.
