3-Ingredient Banana Cookies

Two ingredients, endless satisfaction. These naturally sweet banana cookies are made with just banana and almond flour, with an optional dark chocolate dip and flaky sea salt finish. Gluten-free, no refined sugar and ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large, very ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 50 gram 85% dark chocolate, melted (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Method

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the almond flour until a dough forms.
  3. Roll into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Gently press each ball with your thumb, then use a fork to create a pattern.
  5. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 14 minutes.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely.
  7. Dip each cookie into the melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt.

Notes

🍌 Banana – The riper the better! A very ripe banana is sweeter and mashes more easily, giving the cookies a better texture and natural sweetness.
🍫 Dark chocolate – Use 85% or higher for maximum antioxidant benefits and minimal sugar. Totally optional but highly recommended!
❄️ Storage – Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
