Hacks for Wellness

Welcome to Hacks4Wellness

Hacks4Wellness was created from a genuine passion for health, longevity, nutrition, exercise, and biohacking. As a woman in my forties, I’ve spent more than a decade exploring ways to improve my own health, from the fundamentals of nutrition, movement, and sleep to emerging research and new wellness technologies.

With a background in Public Health and certification as a Nutrition Coach, I combine what I’ve learned through education and research with my own real-world experiences and experiments.

Hacks4Wellness is where I share what I discover along the way, with one goal: to help make healthier living and longevity more practical, understandable, and achievable.

Servings: 6
Calories: 180

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 100 gram Runny Tahini
  • 37 gram Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 30 gram Chocolate Buttons
  • Flaky Salt on Top

Method

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the runny tahini and vanilla protein powder, then mix everything together with a spoon until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate buttons, if using.
  4. Scoop the dough into 6 cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with flaky salt while still warm.
  7. Let the cookies cool slightly before serving.

Notes

🍌 Banana – Use a very ripe, spotty banana for the best natural sweetness and easiest mashing.
🥜 Tahini – Make sure it’s runny/well-stirred, not the thick separated kind from the bottom of the jar.  This keeps the dough easy to mix and scoop.
🍫 Chocolate buttons – Totally optional, but they add that classic chocolate chip cookie feel. Swap in dark chocolate chips for a lower-sugar option.
