Method
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk.
- Line an oblong baking tin with parchment paper
- Add the dough and press it down evenly using aspoon
- Let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a bowl of hot water.
- Pour the chocolate evenly over the dough andreturn to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and cut into bars.
Notes
🍫 Chocolate topping: Use 85% or higher for the best nutritional profile. The darker the better!
🥜 Peanut butter: Make sure it's natural and unsweetened. The only ingredient on the label should be peanuts (and salt).
🍫 Protein powder: Any protein powder works here, but a neutral or vanilla flavour blends best.
🥛 Milk: Dairy or plant-based both work fine.
❄️ Storage: Keep the bars in the fridge in an airtight container. They'll last up to a week... if they last that long! ;)
