- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Grate the cheese and carrots
- Mix everything together with the egg using a wooden spoon
- Press the mixture onto a baking sheet
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden
- Let it cool slightly, add your fillings, and enjoy

🍗 Filling ideas: I love filling mine with chicken and homemade pickled red onion, with a splash of hot sauce. But the options are truly endless... tuna, halloumi, roasted vegetables or even just the guacamole on its own all work beautifully.
❄️ Storage: The wraps themselves keep well in the fridge for up to 2 days. Store flat and reheat briefly in a pan before filling.
