Ingredients
  

  • Fresh ginger (grated or juiced)
  • 1 Lemon (the juice)
  • 1 tsp Honey or raw agave
  • Sparkling water
  • 1 pinch Cayenne (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix ginger, lemon, and honey in a shaker.
  2. Add sparkling water and serve over ice with a lemon slice.

Notes

🫚 Ginger: Fresh is best! Grate or juice it depending on how strong you want the flavour.
🍋 Lemon: Always use fresh lemon juice, not bottled. It makes a big difference.
🌶️ Cayenne: Optional but recommended! Just a tiny pinch adds a nice kick and extra digestive benefits.
